2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective item

An item different from what you ordered

please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 3 calendar days after delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, we may request:

Photographs of the item

Photographs of the packaging

A description of the issue

In many cases, photographic evidence is sufficient and a return may not be required.

After reviewing the claim, we may, at our discretion:

Provide a replacement item

Issue a full refund

Issue a partial refund where appropriate

3. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

After verification, we will either:

Send the missing item, or

Issue a refund for the missing item

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

7. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

For consultations, coaching sessions, strategic sessions, or similar services:

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be considered delivered and are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
