We're not watching from the sidelines
We're Samia and Koen, a Belgian couple who have never been afraid to question the way things are supposed to be done.
With backgrounds in finance, entrepreneurship, strategy and architecture, we've spent years exploring different ways of living, working and creating our own path.
Today, Bulgaria is becoming part of our own story. Samia lives here, discovering the country from the inside, while Koen brings his experience as an architect and his passion for buildings, renovation and sustainable living.
Together, we're building Your Next Place. A place where we can share our experience, bring people together and help others explore the possibilities of creating a life on their own terms.
