The fee applies to Property Visits within 25 km of Balchik.
For properties outside this area, contact us with the property details and we’ll let you know what’s possible and provide a tailored price.

No. You can join the visit live via WhatsApp. Samia takes you through the property and its surroundings, so you can see what she sees and ask questions during the visit.
Are you independent from the estate agent or seller?
Yes. You are our client.
We don’t need to sell you the property. Our role is to look, ask questions, gather information and share our observations with you.
Whether you continue with the property, investigate further, negotiate or walk away is entirely your decision.
Is the Property Visit a professional building inspection?
No. The Property Visit gives you an independent, practical view of the property based on what Samia can see and observe during the visit. It is not a technical or architectural inspection.
If you want the building assessed in more depth, architectural expertise can be arranged separately.
Can Koen assess the property in more depth?
Yes. If the property remains interesting, Koen can provide a separate architectural assessment tailored to the building and your questions.
This can include its condition and potential, renovation possibilities and other architectural considerations. Pricing depends on the property, location and scope of the assessment.
What if the property is more than 25 km from Balchik?
